These are my last recipes;
Some of the recipes I prepare for my home and also for friends.
Plates I liked and learned to prepare, adapting to my taste and needs.

my recipes are in my own way and they don't necessarily respect traditional canons;

also because, on certain classic preparations, each village and each family have their own original version!

 Donuts, baked donuts                                                       Baked donuts, an alternative to fried! 

I admit it: I'm greedy!
And donuts, pancakes and donuts always attract me much.

In the cold season however, as good as the kitchen vacuum cleaner, I do not want to fry at home (in the warm season I fry on the veranda ...) And then I had to find a solution to my desire to donuts:

When I have guests and, I confess, not only, I love to start lunch by putting on the table many bowls with different creams from all sources.

Often it is tzatziki, as well as garlic butter or anchovy butter.

Sometimes, then, creams of eggplant or other vegetables.

Now, you can't miss this tasty and colorful beetroot hummus!

The beef goulash

 The beef goulash 

Call it what you want: goulash, goulasch, or gulyàs (in Hungarian):
it is always good in the same way!
Certainly a dish of very rustic origins, what was being prepared by the Hungarian herdsmen during long periods of grazing cattle and also during transport of the herds towards large markets.

Pasta and beans (with fresh beans)

Pasta and beans 
(Fresh or frozen)

Here, I write and I mean fresh beans, out of season, even frozen ones:
They are excellent, almost as much as those just picked.

Besides the season of the beans it is what it is;
and then, as an alternative to the wonderful dried beans we have the frozen ones that also save us a night of soaking!

A complete and nutritious single dish and, in this version, strictly vegetarian.
