They are recipes that are prepared in the home kitchen, without too many problems and with the equipment that is there; so much so that I often cook them at friends' homes or even on vacation!
This Greek sauce made with yogurt, garlic, cucumber and olive oil is perhaps one of the most popular seasonings Greek cuisine.
To be served with gyros or, just with fried eggplants; or even alone: spread on bread.

Today, finally, the home page has been structured; a collection of articles from time to time will tell something of what happens around my recipes and my kitchen.
And why "patties on the fly"?!? Because it is made with vegetables that are in the fridge ... and also, if desired, with a mixture of vegetables (absolutely of the “non-spicy - unseasoned” type) from the freezer. What should never be missing is the onion, wilted before the other vegetables.
I'm not a vegetarian and indeed I really love meat and fish dishes. But I am also a firm believer and follower of food pyramid and therefore I try to follow the structure: many cereals, vegetables and fruit to the base to scalar gradually coming to the pyramid quantity increasingly reduced upwards; where near the top are meat, fish, fats and sweets!
