I know, the name is not very romantic ... but it is a reality! The rest happens in the best families (where else comes that wonderful cream of vegetables with croutons put on the table the other night?). The fridge is full of touches of half vegetables, say, carrots, zucchini, eggplant and ... so on and so forth.
Not to mention the freezer: tins from surgelo with the last remnants of a splendid sautéed vegetables; or a wonderful side dish of spinach and legumes.
… his name is diet! And someone may have noticed that for some days, on my FaceBook page, sequences of photos with unique dishes definitely appear and "light", too.
So far nothing bad, you will think: at the bottom a little 'diet never hurts!
Were it not that I must try to eat not to lose weight ...
Maybe someone would think that these recipes will to be indications for a weight loss diet but ...
I'm sorry to dispel this assumption but it's not like that.
It is just a series of recipes, even reading, include in a single dish a complete meal.
And with a specific condition: that they are also pleasant to see and tasty dishes to eat!
And finally, back from my short vacation on the snow, I'm back in front of the stove.
Without having had time to plan dinner, I looked at what was on the butcher's counter and ... a nice piece of veal liver whispered to me to put one of my favorite dishes on the table: Venetian liver.
