Lemon Curd Tarts

I find that prepare tarts instead of a tart from then cut into slices, it is always very convenient;
especially in case of a party!

Once for the first birthday of the neighbors child I prepared it thirty-six, all with different colored icing:

Ingredients:

Preparation:

for 12 6 cm stencils (or a Ø 20 Ø cake pan)

Add cream and softened butter to the cream. Then add the egg and then the flour with vanilla and / or lemon peel.

 

Let stand in a cool place for 30 '.

Heat oven to 180 °.

Grease the molds (alternatively in paper cutters in the molds).

Adjust the dough to the shape with your hands.

Fill with half a jar of "Lemmon Curd" (you can find it, for example, at Coop-CH) or, even better, prepare it at home! (Lemon Curd by Fulvio)

Cook 20 '.

 

Cover with a glaze of powdered sugar and lemon juice (possibly colored in yellow).
Allow to cool.
To eat!
