Braised cabbage hood with lemon scent
When I pointed this cabbage cap (Brassica oleracea var.capitata f. Sunrise) I like to present it to the table as well, dressed with butter, lemon scent.
Sauerkraut with peppers

The sauerkraut are always good;
and, indeed, in these pages you will often find them!
Here I suggest them in a very light version to be used as a side dish, either for a vegetarian main course or not.
And nothing forbids eating them alone, accompanying forkfuls with chunks of bread.

Sometimes I like to tell not a recipe, described step by step, but only, no frills, a dish that I put on the table;
accomplices maybe, like this time, the beautiful veal cutlets, from local farms.

here's one of the many light recipes that I prepare; meals consisting in a sigle dish, to be served as lunch or dinner.
This is very simple to prepare and, if you want, it can be quickly transformed into a vegetarian dish: just replace the meat with chickpeases.
