On Sundays, there are guests or not, I always try to put on the table something special.
Something that, besides being good, is beautiful to look at and different from everyday cooking when, alas, time does not always leave us room to make the table we want.
All without necessarily putting your hand to the wallet!
The other day I put on the table a stew of lamb and vegetables prepared as I had often tried in Crete.
And, to make the table more complete, I accompanied it with a spice pilaf rice.
Clearly it has been brushed without problems!
It has now begun the season of cookies:
weekends are now dedicated all'impastare, bake and decorate.
As always, then, when they'll be ready, they will end up in bags to be given away.
Whether prepared with carré and with all the bone or made from a less noble cut, such as the coppa, the pork loin always follows the same preparation
And it is always very much appreciated.

One of the purposes for which I have created this site of recipes and surroundings, as well as being able to share my kitchen with others, was also to allow me to have my recipes at hand and in a certain order; habitual and not.
And when I cook the consultations often: a review always comes in handy!
