The evolution of recipes
(Improvements to text and photos)

One of the purposes for which I have created this site of recipes and surroundings, as well as being able to share my kitchen with others, was also to allow me to have my recipes at hand and in a certain order; habitual and not.

And when I cook the consultations often: a review always comes in handy!

Sometimes, alas, to find some typo or some inaccuracies.
And I'm often not satisfied, tout court, The success of the photos.

No problem, I take the SLR and try again.

As I did for example the other day with this recipe Livorno codfish (Here the recipe) while I was preparing it.
Looking at the website I realized that the photos were not clear and there was a real step by step sequence.

I added new photos to the existing ones and I alternated the description of the various steps of preparation for the appropriate photos.
