Lamb pilaf on the table!

The other day I put one on the table stew of lamb and vegetables prepared as I had often tried it in Crete.

And, to make the table more complete, I accompanied it with a rice Pilaf spices.

Clearly it has been brushed without problems!

Given the richness of this dish, simple slices of bread would have been sufficient; but also the eye and the palate want their part ...

The pilaf was prepared according to the classic recipe (you find hereenriched with turmeric, clove and peas.

The stew following the recipe I reconstructed from the notes taken listening to and following the chef from Crete who prepared this dish so well that I always came back to try it again!
