Great preparations for Sunday!
For next Sunday I managed to gather enough friends to prepare one of my favorite dishes;
a specialty that requires a long preparation and that then requires gourmets at the table!
and I ribatto with a risotto with porcini mushrooms!
Not being able to remain insensitive to the cry of pain that rises from the hearts of some of my readers for the apparent predominance of mushrooms on rice in my risotto with cardoncelliI decided to prepare and photograph, for their moral edification, this modest risotto soiled by an insignificant amount of porcini.
Because there are not always new recipes?
Yeah, this is a question that I was asked a few times:
why not the public new recipes every day?
Very simple! Photos and recipes are those of what goes on the table from me, that is, from kitchen Fulvio.
It is not that I, every day, beloved to me in a different preparation;
still cooking there are some dishes that have returned more often on my table, even for they are very appreciated and requested by my guests.
Normally deciding what to put on the table is not a big problem, I see what is in the pantry and then I put myself in the kitchen;
in case, if you miss something, I jump on the bike and I'm going to do the last shopping.
But the other night I found myself in front of a big doubt: not only a guest vegetarian ...
Today was a wonderful end-of-summer day; around lunchtime in the garden they touched thirty degrees ... in short, everything invited to a light lunch and with all the flavor of summer!
The ingredients were at hand and so I am prepared a beautiful caprese salad ...
