Maybe someone worried not seeing more updates of my site, in the last period ...
No fear: the kitchen of Fulvio is fine and proceeds to churn out something appetizing every day.

Sometimes they are recipes already presented, others of preparations not yet included in the site.
They will come too but ... qThis September has been presented, so far, with a series of beautiful days, ideal for work in the garden and for beautiful rides here in the plateau.

The time to cook, of course, remained, like that to photographically document all that passes from the stove and the table; what is lacking, unfortunately, is that couple of hours a day necessary to select and sort the photos, turn my cooking notes into recipes that are understandable to all those who follow me and, last but not least, publish it all on the site.

I just have to show at least, just sketched, what most interesting came out of the kitchen in the latter period.
