One Sunday, on the table

On Sundays, there are guests or not, I always try to put on the table something special.
Something that, besides being good, is beautiful to look at and different from everyday cooking when, alas, time does not always leave us room to make the table we want.

All without necessarily putting your hand to the wallet!

So, without looking for refined ingredients I wanted to put together a lunch made from simple dishes.
All preparations already presented, individually, in the pages of my recipes.

As a starter a economicissimo paté of chicken livers spread on slices of grilled bread
(this season do not use the grill on the terrace: I'll settle for an electric grill!).

As a main course a meatloaf roasted in a pot, prepared as in recipe for meatloaf with vegetables but ... without vegetables.

Surrounded by delle roasted potatoes and homemade red cabbage.

That's it!

And as sweet my apple pies: every time with a little difference but that always pleases!
