This asparagus ragout is a version a bit 'more unusual on my table but very delicate and, I would say, refined!

Sautéed vegetables in sweet and sour sauce with barzotte eggs
Along the lines of a very simple dish like sweet and sour zucchini, I sometimes prepare, with more or less the same procedure, a mixture of vegetables;
those that are at home at that time, anyway!
I never omit the zucchini, though; and I always add a nice red onion and some pepper.
Whatever the other vegetables I add, nothing ever advances.

The calamarata is definitely a tasty dish, especially if prepared with fresh ingredients and accompanied by the most suitable pasta but ...
sometimes you want to bring a certain taste back to the table; and wanting to do it a little faster.
I solved it like this ...
When the carnival period arrives, at home it begins the fried war:
I would attack immediately to throw in the lard hot chatter and tortelli but ...
immediately I'm forbidden access to frying pan (usable only on the porch - but subzero I refuse to cook outdoors).
We must find compromises ...
Lentil soup red peppers and peppers, cooking and, too;
as well as vegetarian with option vegan!
Here is a recipe light which also satisfies lovers of vegetarian cuisine (and, leaving out a final decoration, even vegan).
A nice soup of lentils to serve hot and in a bowl to warm up these winter evenings!
