Every day two meals in the tavern, as much as I like to experiment (and the local cuisine is great!) Are a bit 'too much for me ... and, since even on vacation I like cooking, even with minimal equipment (but a minimum set of kitchen knives, however small, of quality I always carry it) a little something I can always improvise: yesterday the puttanesca came to the table, to be precise linguine puttanesca.
While in the garden red currants are coming to maturity and blooming roses, I am finishing to close the suitcases: from tomorrow morning my kitchen will be temporarily closed; actually friends, while I am on vacation in the middle of the Aegean, will be around for my kitchen. But I do not think they will use it a lot ...
I will try to bring forward the publication of many of the recipes that I have prepared. But hardly I succeed with a portatilino, to develop comme il faut the photos.
And last Sunday everything was ready for a small pizza party in the garden: the time clearly was not ready ... but never mind: the house is large and the kitchen as well!
I began at the kitchen counter and, after a little appetizer, I stuck churning out pizzas.
