Peppers stuffed with rice and vegetables
(Vegetarian recipe)
My recipe book is full of proposals for stuffed vegetable dishes; and it is already present, for some time, also one proposal with peppers: very rich!
Here, however, I wanted to propose them with a vegetarian filling that often use, very simple, enriched by a final gratin with cheese (Here, the raclette).
It is a dish that, while often prepared, I had never photographed and described: I think it will appeal to many for its simplicity.
Here is a meatloaf full of colors for a more cheerful table;
it is a dish that always succeeds and that everyone likes, in general.
And it can be a great alternative to a classic roast;
even when there are guests!
And what is left (rarely ...) it is affected, you add the sauce and put it in the freezer for the first emergency!
Peperonata: summer baked pan of peppers, onions & tomatoes
Peperonata is one of my passions and I put it on the table in every season.
I have mine recipe, tested ( and, too), that I've been always preparing.
And I have a version, more summery and crispy, that I reserve for summer: baked in the oven
With peppers of every color and only a small onion despite my usual generosity with onions.
Spicy chicken breast with vegetables and pasta

This is a dish very simple and quick to prepare but, being in reality of two dishes to prepare at the same time, it requires a certain amount of coordination and timing.
Nothing transcendental, be quiet!
But a little 'more attention should put it there.

Even when I devote myself to the kitchen and, too, which generally includes, among other things, a single dish, I try, without neglecting the importance of vegetables and other ingredients, not to give up pasta or rice.
