Sometimes the recipes already on the site come back.
They return with a more complete photographic sequence and sometimes even with some additions or clarifications.
I recently redesigned two that I invite you to try again:
The first is that of cuttlefish with sour sauce, appeared a few days ago.
Of this, even, I had never done a complete series of photos.
But, after all, it is precisely the recipes that I prepare most often the ones I take for granted.
Forgetting that those who read me are not usually in my kitchen to see me prepare them.

And that's how the other day, preparing the cake to take to the friends who had invited me for lunch, I realized that also for my cheese cake there was no valid photographic description; I prepared it as I was preparing it. Taking advantage also to photograph the variant with berries.
Leafing through the pages of the site I have seen that often many recipes have also been left there, unfinished works waiting for the final touch.
Do not worry: these will come too!
