When the heat gets tough ...

... Gazpacho gets icy!

Friday night, even here in Thun in the shadow of the Jungfrau, it was really hot. And although there was a fairly acceptable humidity (35%) I was leaking... I had to find a solution for a dinner that was both cold and regenerating. Nothing better than a good gazpacho!

At the bottom is a cold soup made with many raw vegetables and all their intact constituents. And it is not only refreshing but also an excellent remedy against heat exhaustion.

Of course, I continued to be hot, but the next morning, however, I woke up rested and without muscle pains from fatigue. Just one lieve garlic and onion taste in the mouth!
