My Recipes, those I love to prepare and offer to friends.
They are recipes that are prepared in the home kitchen, without too many problems and with the equipment that is there; so much so that I often cook them at friends' homes or even on vacation!
On this site there are the recipes that I have collected over the years, tried, modified and ... eaten dishes!
So the things I avoid (not many, actually) are not there!
But I would like, the good ones, to share them with others.
I repeat: I am not a cook and what I prepare I do at home, with the normal equipment of almost every kitchen;
and I think that anyone, if they want, can repeat what I prepare.
