Puttanesca the fly, on vacation - June 14, 2013
Every day two meals in the tavern, as I like to experience (and the local cuisine is excellent!) Are a bit 'too much for me ... and, as even on vacation I like to cook, albeit with reduced equipment idle (but a minimum set of kitchen knives, though small, quality always carry me) a little bit more and I can improvise on the table yesterday came the puttanesca, specifically the linguine puttanesca. Moreover, the climate is suitable and the ingredients are also local, if you accept the Kalamata olives instead of the black olives of Gaeta ... and then it's a quick dish and at the same time very tasty!
