Christmas cookies: i Spitzbuben (rascals) in video!

 As already for the Engelsaugen, I also prepared a video for these Christmas treats that illustrates, step by step, the recipe:
from the dough to the table!

Of these jam biscuits there are many versions, all more or less rich versions of a classic short pastry.
I prefer this simple and quick to prepare.
And, to listen to the children of my neighbors, excellent!
