Spaghetti with seafood of the day before!
Today I was reminded that in many parts of Italy on the eve a fish dinner is presented on the table.
The request to follow, very simple and clear, was:
PROVVEDI!
I proceeded.
Nothing really special, here the shops to close early before holidays, very soon!
But with a quick tour of the fish market in the supermarket I managed to find the basic ingredients for a simple sautéed spaghetti with seafood.

As in all the pasta sauces that are respected here too, the spaghetti has been drained less than al dente and finished in the pan for a couple of minutes over high heat to absorb well the sauce thrown out by mussels and clams.
And then ... a quick passage for the dishes, just the time to be able to photograph something and already the pan and crockery were shiny and empty!
I would say that sian liked ...
