An inexpensive cut of veal but able to give the table, if well prepared, an unbeatable roast.
Many, but many, years ago it was almost customary to find it in the offer of the day of many good Milanese trattorias. I never refused it!
With a side dish of baked potatoes, then ... a marvel!
