Maybe someone would think that these recipes will to be indications for a weight loss diet but ...
I'm sorry to dispel this assumption but it is not.
It is just a series of recipes, even reading, include in a single dish a complete meal.
And with a specific condition: that they are also pleasant to see and tasty dishes to eat!

A meal to replace the main meal of the day and complete not only as calories but also how different nutritional components.

Another important feature is that these dishes are able to fill the stomach, that they do not make us leave the table with the feeling of not having eaten enough.
(Personally, I must admit that I often cannot finish the quantity indicated for a portion).

I also think it is not necessary to point out that the main meal of the day is premised on the fact that there is also the presence of another meal, as well as a real breakfast: not a cappuccino and croissant but twenty minutes at least seated at table (I dedicate more than thirty ... but I'm a sweet tooth!)

Then everyone can adjust as he likes.

A good tip is to always have fresh fruits or vegetables at hand (barring any contraindications) to use as snacks in case of sudden feelings of hunger.

The recipes I am publishing are my personal reinterpretations of a series of some hundreds of recipes and "light", too collected over the years (my tastes do not always agree with those of those who created the original recipes: for example, you will never find recipes with boiled or au gratin fennel - and to say that I love wild fennel ...)

ADVICES AND NOTES:

  • A clarification: a single dish means that there is no appetizer, first course, second course and dessert: there is only that ...
  • This is the recipe list: The "light" cuisine!
  • As soon as I can get my notes in order, I will also try to put together a list of hungry-killing snacks, ideal for the rest of the day.
