The filling for dolmadakia, 1 version
When I think of Greek cuisine, one of the first things that come to mind is dolmadakia ...
Of all the fillings this, although very tasty and fragrant, is the simplest and cheapest.
I use it to stuff the dolmadakia be served both cold and hot; or to fill other vegetables.
It's also great for pumpkin flowers!

Coarsely chop the onion and mix in a bowl with chopped spices finely.
Boil some long grain rice (I use the Carolina produced in Italy) for 10 'and mix it just drained into the bowl with the other ingredients and the oil.
Allow it to cool and then use it to fill the vine leaf rolls.
