Advances autumn: language and salsa verde

Now the summer days are close to an end and you pass by the beautiful sunny days in cold and rainy evenings.

And even in my kitchen suits us, perhaps putting on the table a nice dish of boiled tongue served with a good green sauce!

However, since in these gloomy moments the desire to cook is not so great, I resort to the stocks ready in my magic freezer!

So, checking the list of what was first the other night I found that in addition to the supply of green sauce there was also some tongue, already cooked and portioned.

I let thaw the container in cold water sauce and then I warmed up the language, immersed in a broth wire to keep it from drying out in the microwave.

A bit 'of boiled beans (excellent, with the green saucehave you ever tried them?).

And dinner was on the table!
