Rolls or saltimbocca?

Some recipes with chicken breast a little 'days are many and, ago, I wanted to put back on the table this preparation, simple but tasty.
In practice, a simple saltimbocca presented in the form of a roll.

The ingredients, as for the classic preparation of veal, are simple and essential:
the slice of meat, sage and salami.

Preparation and cooking, just as fast.

In this recipe, as in almost all those that involve a browning in a pan in butter, I used clarified butter:
not burn or ruin the flavor of the dish.
