To prepare the dressing, just follow the recipe of zucchini shown here (At zucchini Poverella).
The cooking of the vegetables is more or less the same as that of pasta and therefore must be prepared at the same time (of course, if you are camping and with only one stove available, you will have to compromise!)

 

Cook the pasta rather al dente and, once drained, add it to the pan with the zucchini poured into the pan of zucchini and saute a minute over high heat to finish cooking and absorb the flavors of the vegetables.

The addition of grain out of the fire and before bringing to the table will complete the dish by linking the flavors.

  • For this dish it is definitely indicated the short pasta: sincerely the zucchini with rounds do not go well with spaghetti and linguine!
  • NoteWhen I point QB I mean, for this dish, "ACCORDING TO THE TASTE": not everyone likes to use a lot of cheese ...
  • Parsley: many use to add, just before the zucchini, also a good amount of chopped parsley: dampens a little 'garlic agro.
  • Prepared in good quantity, without the addition of grain, and left to cool, this pasta needs only a good addition of EVO oil and small cubes of cheese, to become an excellent alternative to the usual pasta salads.
