On holiday: summer potato salad
In the fridge a couple of things prepared in advance, a few minutes to slice and season and then… watching the sea from the table on the terrace, sipping a beer, even a nice potato salad is enough for a lunch!
Maybe not as refined as that tartar shown above (potato salad tartar) but very tasty.
Potatoes, parsley, tomatoes, olives ...
... feta, hard-boiled eggs, Capers and lots of olive oil!
