Recipe preparation
More than anything else the recipe would be ready but I never had the opportunity to photograph ...
Now I intend to rewrite it in good Italian in the coming days and publish it; accompanied by photos!

Let me start by saying that this is not the classic recipe given by good Chinese cooking manuals but a facilitated recipe taught me by the owner of a Chinese restaurant (friend of relatives) in England; just for the preparation at home by not-so-expert users: we were in the first half of the seventies and I was also trying my hand at Chinese cuisine!
