Low lemon cake,
ideal for children's parties!
This is a simple and greedy cake: in practice if you do not remove the temptation to continue using it (just another piece, from the ...) is unstoppable.
And it is a cake that has the advantage of being adaptable to different shapes and sizes: just double, triple or even quintuple the quantities indicated.
Trays larger in my oven does not go.
When there are guests at the table or, more simply, you want to put on the table a different dessert and refined taste for a day of celebration, you can bring to the table this orange mousse.
A mousse that combines in addition to the delicate taste also the idea of a presentation to say the least very nice.

After the excesses of the Christmas lunch with the whole family, including appurtenances, the next day, at least at lunch. it is best not to overdo it.
But a little bit at the table can not be renounced, in short!
For example, today, to me, a simple risotto with peas and carrots.
Oranges with orange mousse ...
Several years ago, at the Schönau restaurant in Bern (the building was demolished in the 2013), I had the opportunity to try a magical orange mousse.
I could not resist the temptation to have the recipe dictated to me (found here) and to propose it several times to my guests.
However, I recently found a very similar preparation on the web and it immediately convinced me ...
Spaghetti with seafood of the day before!
Today I was reminded that in many parts of Italy on the eve a fish dinner is presented on the table.
The request to follow, very simple and clear, was:
