The summer kitchen on vacation: it starts!
When I am on vacation I like to go to small restaurants and taverns to try or taste the local specialties; but not only!
If I plan to extend my vacation for more than a few days hit and run, I try to find a studio with integrated kitchen or better yet with a separate kitchenette.
And devote myself to my kitchen!

I would say that the beautiful pork chops, marinated and cooked for a long time around two hundred degrees for an hour are welcome!
