Spaghetti shrimp and rocket, for dinner with friends!
There are some dishes that often pass for my table; so often that I always forget to document the preparation!
The other night, however, having friends over for dinner, I took the opportunity to leave them the task of documenting these spaghetti.
A very tasty dish that always likes, even the children of friends who are crazy about it.
A restaurateur had passed through the original recipe many years ago, but I wanted to change it to obtain a softer and more homogeneous and, at the same time, more characteristic flavor.
The meat with tomato sauce is a classic, at least in my house:
My mother often prepared (in his way) to Sunday.
In the most typical version, it is proposed using beef.
I offer it here with the chicken strips.
More modest but just as tasty: try it!
Omelettes and omelettes are one of my solutions to quickly solve the problem of what to put on the table when I do not really want to give me cooking in the kitchen ... and often also to elegantly dispose of some remnants of the previous meal!

Here, I write and I mean fresh beans, out of season, even frozen ones:
They are excellent, almost as much as those just picked.
Besides the season of the beans it is what it is;
and then, as an alternative to the wonderful dried beans we have the frozen ones that also save us a night of soaking!
A complete and nutritious single dish and, in this version, strictly vegetarian.
Peeled garlic, all in one breath!
Peeling garlic is always a nuisance, at least for me.
But, when you need it to be, you have to peel it!
For many years, however, I have found a very simple, fast and decidedly economical solution, like those of the series:
