Just a little: mint, garlic, zucchini ... so, together, olive oil and ...: this classic side dish of Italian cuisine, light and tasty, is ready!
Certainly the ideal accompaniment for many dishes and, cold, seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil and some fresh mint leaves, it is also an excellent appetizer.
Porchetta is a wonderful dish but, given the size and weight of the original recipe, you have to find alternatives for smaller versions, if you do not expect to have at least twenty people for lunch!

partly to show them to those arriving just now on these pages and also to align them in style and content with the more recent ones.

Vegetarian recipes: let's talk!
Some say that in my pages I don't dedicate enough space to vegetarian cuisine ...
In reality this is not the case; and there are many recipes.
It happens that sometimes some of the traditional recipes and decidedly vegetarian (or even vegan, as pasta and beans) are not also reported in vegetarian recipes as well as in general ones!
However, I believe I have recovered almost all of them and, for safety, I will make sure to recall some of them in the next few days.
