After the wind and rain of recent days, who welcomed me to return here from vacation in Thun, not counting its own on a beautiful sunny day; and so I had prepared a special program for my grill.
But, given the wonderful weather, I jumped on a bike and ran to the minimarket always open to get the necessary for a couple of beautiful Swiss (century hamburger...).
This time I found myself at dinner time without any desire to go to the tavern and with a few things in the kitchen ... but fortunately some things usually never fail: for example pasta!
And then a little 'tuna in oil, garlic, oregano, capers, olive oil, anchovy ...
There is no tavern or stand, in Greece, where is not served gyros (In greek, γύρος); from a distance, on the vertical spit, you can recall the best known, by us, kebab (or even the Turkish shawarma). The main difference is that this is almost always based on pork and is prepared by hand. And generally in the tavern is served on the plate, accompanied by pita bread and all the necessary ingredients to pack, if desired, also the typical bundle!
