The asparagus season continues and I continue to bring them to the table;
in all sauces!
This time I propose them served on a sauce made with cottage cheese and orange juice; with lots of aromatic herbs together.

These peppers stuffed with rice and vegetables, made in the oven are, besides being good, of a disarming simplicity in their preparation.
They require an hour of cooking but the result will amaze you for sure!
