Grilled chicken skewers

More than a recipe, a tip for tasty spits.
So no doses but only the procedure, on the fly!

... in any case, calculate one and a half hectogram of chicken already cleaned per person
(or a chicken breast ...).

The chopped meat should be left to marinate a couple of hours in the marinade for gyros and souvlaki (here the recipe).

Then they are put on skewers without crushing too much the mouthfuls against each other
(if you use wooden skewers, soak them for a couple of hours so that they do not burn on the embers ...).

And, a little trick:
a moment before putting them on the grill, sprinkle them over and under breadcrumbs!

It will take five minutes per side, with the grid closed, to have them ready.

As soon as they are transferred onto the tray, sprinkle them with a drizzle of EVO oil.

And if you have also toasted slices of bread, you can also make a sandwich, complemented by fresh vegetables or, as in the picture, a beautiful crispy peppers.
