When I find some fish fillets at the fishmonger in the supermarket I do not usually let them escape ... then I decide how to prepare them at home!

Often simply browned in a pan and sometimes with a quick one breading grated cheese grated cheese.

As in this preparation.

 

It is a simple and quick recipe that does not require many special ingredients and tools: a pan for cooking and a couple of dishes for the breading.

Because of its essentiality and golden color really like children; but also for adults ...

And now, starting as always from the ingredients, let's start cooking!

Ingredients:

capers for decoration

And now, starting as always from the ingredients, let's start cooking!

Clean the fillets of plaice (any fish dish is good) and prepare a dish with flour and another with egg, salt, pepper, grated cheese and parsley coarsely chopped.

Put the pan on the heat and begin to heat the butter well.

In the meantime beat the egg (or the eggs in the case of many diners) and floss the fillets by baking them well to remove the excess flour.

Pass the fillets one at a time in the egg and then immediately in the pan.

Just raise the flame and after two minutes turn, garnish with the capers and bake another couple of minutes.

Drain with a perforated pallet and place the threads in the plate garnishing possibly with a contour: here, for example, spinach; but they are also good with simple parsley potatoes.
