Sfogliatelle svelte apricot

 The apricot puffs!

The puffs, the real ones, are good, very good!
Of course also very challenging to prepare.

I, in my home kitchen, m'azzardo not even trying.
However, if you want to offer your friends something great, I can always prepare these puffs svelte!

Enough of the puff pastry ready (but it's good!), The melted butter, a bit 'of time available and, above all, patience!

For the filling, then each individual as to what to use:
the classic semolina cream (similar to the one used for the strudel with apricots), a custard or a jam.

In those that I propose here, I used my apricot jam in the Valais:
I still have some jars in the pantry!

So, starting as always from the ingredients, let's start the preparation!
