Baked meatballs

Patties baked: a finger food perfect!

This preparation has always been one of my strong points every time there was a little party with many people (and never forget one of my many potato salads).

Among other things, the baking facilitates the whole and free the house from oil splashes and odors of fried.
For this dish the ingredients are very indicative, many things can be replaced with others or added: it is in practice a very democratic preparation!

And the choice of ingredients you can take into account any allergies or dislikes (be strange but there are people who abhor the onion)

Mix the meat, the sausage and the squeezed bread into small pieces in the bowl or in the glass of the mixer.
Add egg, mustard, garlic and parsley, and any other ingredients available.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Knead until the mixture is very smooth mixture.
