Garlic, how to peel it

Peeling garlic is always a nuisance, at least for me.

But, when you need it to be, you have to peel it!

For many years, however, I have found a very simple, fast and decidedly economical solution, like those of the series:
BUT AS I DID NOT THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE?!?

Enough, just think of it, an old bicycle tube to be thrown away. Here's how to do it.

First of all you obviously need an old inner tube, usually in the tool shed there is always one that, after yet another puncture, has now remained hopeless.

Ingredients:

old bicycle inner tube pz 1

Preparation:

With a pair of scissors one or more sections of about twenty centimeters are obtained; washes well and dries.

They take the garlic cloves and the rubber cylinder ...

... insert some segments into the tube and start rolling it, keeping it pressed firmly with your hands, as if you were using a small rolling pin.

Take a few seconds: just tilt the tube and leave out the garlic; the cloves will come out nice contrast separated from the peel.
