Good tartar sauce

the tartar sauce

Given that only the yolks of boiled eggs go into the tartar sauce ...
this is my version; which instead includes whole boiled eggs!

Although, when I do the stuffed boiled eggs with tartar sauce instead of other ingredients, egg whites are forced to use them as a container.
After all, if you really don't want to put them, you can leave them aside or add them chopped into small pieces, to the ready-made sauce.

This preparation is very quick to prepare and should also be used as soon as it is prepared, it is not that long lasting; anyway, at home it is very difficult for you to move forward.

It is excellent with grills but, I confess, I also use it spread on bread!

For the rest, ingredients and aromas are those usually present in the kitchen so now, starting as always from the ingredients, we begin to cook!

This sauce is composed of a creamy base (some replace this base with a mayonnaise ...) and a solid part composed of the other ingredients, finely chopped by hand.

We then begin to prepare the base by putting in the mixer hard boiled eggs, EVO oil, salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar.

Then blend and mix well.

Now just finely chop the other ingredients with a knife ...

... and add them to the base in a bowl, stirring with a spoon.

Our tartar sauce is ready to use:

with beautiful chicken wings, fried or grilled

Or with fries!
