Roasted chicken legs on the table!
Not a recipe, occasionally, but only the presentation of a dish, made and eaten.
In fact I usually cook to put on the table, without the possibility (or the desire ...) to put myself to photograph all the steps of a preparation.
But ... why should not I also share this nice dish?
Nothing special and especially nothing LIGHT, to get out of the trend of these days when I'm proposing different light recipes (limited calories and fat); both resetted and new.
So, for once, only the images (and two words) of these delicious chicken legs roasted on a bed of onions and peppers.
All accompanied by delle baked potatoes: crispy outside and very soft inside!

The chicken thighs have been deeply carved and then spiced and seasoned an hour before cooking.
So they were in a baking dish large enough to receive them together with peppers and onions cut into pieces.
Then put in the oven for an hour while in a separate pan cooked potatoes.
