A few days ago I presented in the new recipes also that of the goulash flavored with roasted cumin.
He could not miss what for me is one of the classic presentations which offer it.
Here it is!
One is enough nice polenta freshly made and you're done.
The goulash is clearly accompanied by a lot of sauce: with polenta it is a pleasure!
ADVICES AND NOTES:
- I can not deny that even a polenta prepared the day before and then sliced and grilled is not a good accompaniment. Like i dumplings.
