Like every year, the first of August, my birthday, here in the Confederation is a National Day:
big parties everywhere and fireworks.

The best opportunity to celebrate both anniversaries together with friends!

The weather a bit 'too variable but convinced us to avoid an unwanted wash and we celebrated among ourselves in the garden (indoor ...) and following from there the fires that have concluded the official celebrations ...
A nice table with different pleasures to eat but I have not spared, from appetizers to dessert: a cake in theme with the day!

The goodness of the appetizers (as well as the appreciation of the guests) did not leave me to photograph them, beautiful in order on the table ...
But fortunately it is well described dishes other times on my site, here they are:

The second one, in order not to oppress the already satiated guests, it was simple and light: simple stuffed squid finished, however, at the time of going to the table, from a ten-minute gratin to 250 °.

All accompanied by a very basic potato salad.

And could not miss the dessert!

Una quark cake with berries, of course, for the occasion, decorated in red and white.

And many, many chatter and toast: good company at the table is always the best course!
