Cooking on vacation:
at work in the kitchen!

And I'm already a week at sea: ready to relax at the beach or bicycle riding in the interior.
But also not forgetting to cook, as well as switch from one tavern to delight me with Cretan specialties.

In recent days I have published on the my Facebook page some pictures of the dishes that I am gradually preparing, clearly all of simplicity!

And in the next few days I commit myself, between a relaxation and the other, also to publish descriptions.

Also because then, as well as cooking, I also expect the cleaning of dishes and pots ...
The kitchen is otherwise small and basically supplied with the essentials.
You have to use your imagination and make enough what you have available.

Sure is that every time I find myself working in a kitchen with reduced operating space and equipment, I always have to do the comparison with the PC RAM:
One can have all the computing power (ability to cook and ingredients) in the world but if the operating memory (small cutting board and knives, eg) is reduced, the data processing time (cut and cook) are always very large!

But starting with a nice base of chopped (passed quickly in the freezer with the cleaned and chopped parsley) for other preparations, everything is progressing as it should be!
In short everything about the kitchen on vacation ...

• • In fact, in addition to what is in the kitchen, I brought a set of kitchen knives (small though) super-sharpened; as well as a double pan and a whisk.
