Sometimes you have to invent a dinner with what's on hand; without giving up the pleasure of putting something tasty on the table.

The other day I had chicken fillets and, taking up the idea of ​​one of mine light recipesI presented them like this.
Certainly not claiming to propose a superleggera recipe; just the basic idea for a very tasty chicken breast.
Based on herbs that I had available, the spaetzle and organic vegetables from the freezer, I remedied a dish tasty and colorful!

Not introduce the ingredients, basically this is not a recipe real but only a proposal to vary the appearance of a slice.

Preparation:

Open the chicken slices and stuff them with chopped herbs: for example, those on the windowsill or on the balcony (in the absence of a small garden).
Being a grilled preparation, it is better to knead the mixture with half a knob of butter

Grilling with the grill in contact or in the pan turning halfway through cooking.
