Tagliatelle with peppers
(a "light" recipe)

Noodles with peppers, kitchen light

Of this dish, decidedly light, there is not much to say:
light, quick to prepare and very colorful.

And everyone likes; if we exclude the non-lovers of onions ...

Possibly it can be said that this dish has the small defect of not being considered a complete single dish, according to my yardstick:
and in fact I do it precede or follow from a good hard egg!

Slice the vegetables into strips. Throw the dough as it bakes and stir-fry the vegetables with the oil.

Season with salt and pepper, add the wine and continue cooking in the pan covered until ready to drain the pasta.

Drain the pasta, add the vegetables and cook in a skillet over high heat for a minute.
