… his name is diet! And someone may have noticed that for some days, on my FaceBook page, sequences of photos with unique dishes definitely appear and, too.
So far nothing bad, you will think: at the bottom a little 'diet never hurts!
Were it not that I must try to eat not to lose weight ...

But I have reached an agreement: vI usually eat lunch on my own, I take this opportunity to vent myself; Today, for example, I have prepared a wonderful pizza with fresh tomatoes and lots of mozzarella.
And in the evening, loyal to the commitment, I put on the table a single dish, clearly appetizing and filling a lot but with a limited calorie content between 400 and 600 Kcal.

Balanced in any case as regards the balance between the various components.

One thing is certain: they are all dishes that fill; and I can never finish my portion.
But I refer an hour later eating something else ...

In the coming days I will create a small section to list the recipes of these light but complete dishes.

I will not put them all. Only those that I think can please, both for the appearance and for the taste even to those who follow my site; and that they can also be offered (without saying they are light) to friends for an informal dinner.
I tried several times and nobody noticed it.

ADVICES AND NOTES:

  • The recipes are referred to as a single portion: sometimes these schemes are better to follow them on their own!
  • Since several dishes are more than anything else (abundant) and other seconds you can combine them together if you are more people at the table and gives the impression of a complete meal: without cheating, but two diners: two courses from a portion l 'one, three, three courses from one serving each ... and for those who are not on a diet, a cake is always good!
