The biscuits factory

And at the end of November this year it comes time to begin preparations to prepare cookies for the holidays.
Treats that as every year will then be the most important part of the gifts I will do.
And hopefully I will not tell me the last time I have to also prepare stuffed turkey for twenty people!

Clearly the photos that illustrate the ready recipes and those still being prepared are those of recent years; They had not been made to illustrate step by step recipes so that when you go to consult them, you will find that some passages, usually the most boring, are only described. This is an opportunity to begin to also cover these deficiencies!

How is also an opportunity to transcribe all the recipes for good and order them in the same way as those of the site; it will take some time, both to choose the photos that are really many, made over several years (do not be surprised if in half of a preparation the apron or the hat - if there are - change color: the reality between a picture and the other is maybe changed the year!), both to put in order my notes that, for most of these preparations, are in German.

I promise to publish the main recipes within the next fortnight so, if someone wants to try their hand at replicating them, they will have to let off steam.

First of all, these days, I will begin to see which biscuits to prepare and in what quantities.
Then on Friday I will have ready a list of all ingredients and begin to obtain them.

Of course there is also a certain order to be followed also in the preparations: there are biscuits, like the zimtsterne, Which require a large amount of egg whites, others who just want the yolks ... so these bodies will scheduled on the same weekend
(Formerly: the cookies are made at the weekend - for a few years!).
Then maybe some dough can wait a day, to go in the oven. Others do not.

And to finish, when all the sweets are baked, a few days before the holidays there will be to prepare the bags for friends, relatives and neighbors:
for me the bag with more sweets because ... I am sooo good!
