First Sunday of autumn:
lunch with friends in the garden!
Sunday I invited a bit 'of friends and I decided to bring them some Chinese dishes, my strong for some years ...
I also prepare many others but these, in particular, like all my guests.
Mainly dimsum, ie appetizers often served here in the West as appetizers.
But also many other things and a dessert ...:
Incredibly, after two weeks of bad and cold weather, good weather came with the beginning of autumn, accompanied by the sun and heat; and so I could lay out!
Armed with good will, I put myself with ingredients and manuals (always better to go over ...) to prepare all my delicacies.
It is not to underline the fact that everyone has appreciated, even the smallest guest (fourteen months) undecided between the use of hands and chopsticks!
