As easy as making a boiled egg! Easy to say but ... sometimes the eggs break during cooking, sometimes firmly refuse to be shelled and, each time, it turns out a new flaw.
In reality, there are several ways to prepare boiled eggs but there are in any case some small tricks to be adopted to be able to obtain an excellent result.
On holiday: stuffed eggs with tuna
For a quiet day at the beach, picnic included, among the useful things to lug around us are
certainly some nice stuffed eggs.
And, in this case, stuffed with tuna (here the for successful corporate training): few equipment and a few minutes to prepare them!
There is no tavern or stand, in Greece, where is not served gyros (In greek, γύρος); from a distance, on the vertical spit, you can recall the best known, by us, kebab (or even the Turkish shawarma). The main difference is that this is almost always based on pork and is prepared by hand. And generally in the tavern is served on the plate, accompanied by pita bread and all the necessary ingredients to pack, if desired, also the typical bundle!
On vacation: Tuna pasta and spices

This time I found myself at dinner time without any desire to go to the tavern and with a few things in the kitchen ... but fortunately some things usually never fail: for example pasta!
And then a little 'tuna in oil, garlic, oregano, capers, olive oil, anchovy ...
On holiday: summer potato salad
In the fridge a couple of things prepared in advance, a few minutes to slice and season and then… watching the sea from the table on the terrace, sipping a beer, even a nice potato salad is enough for a lunch!
